- All sales are final, and the Clinic does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any treatment under any circumstances. A follow up appointment can be arranged within 4 weeks from the treatment date which may include further treatments subject to the doctor’s decision.
Changes:
Any rescheduling or changes to the appointment can be done up to 72 hours before the appointment time without losing the upfront booking deposit.
Cancellations:
Booking upfront deposit can only be refunded up to 72 hours before the appointment time.
